We do not collect payment details on this website. All payments are processed via secure third-party links sent to you by email.

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Conducting your personalised aura and chakra reading
• Communicating with you about your reading, payment, and delivery
• Supporting follow-up consultations, if requested
• Improving our service quality (in aggregate, anonymised form only)

Your photograph is never used in marketing, social media, or any form of public display without your explicit separate consent.

Your data is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with any third party under any circumstances. We do not use advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers. Your information stays between you and aura2chakras.

Your name, email, and aura photograph are retained for 12 months from the date of submission. This supports potential follow-up consultations and reading comparisons. After 12 months, your data is permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time before that.

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Image submissions are received via Formspree's secure infrastructure and stored in your practitioner's private Gmail account, protected by two-factor authentication. Access is limited to the practitioner only.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request complete deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Raise a grievance if you believe your data has been mishandled
